30 Day Challenge, Day 12:
You can see everything I eat on my tumblr! Check here. Mostly my diet is fruits and veggies though sometimes I stray. In general I eat vegetarian/vegan, but you’ll notice I have fish on occasion (though, admittedly twice in one week is rare for me), and I do have whey protein powder because there was no soy at the store. There’s a question about this later so I’ll go into more depth then.

January 2011 at was my heaviest weight. I topped the scales at a whopping 209 pounds (I'm 5'1). Circumstances sent me to live in Honduras for six months where I dropped almost 30 pounds. I came back at 183 pounds, and a dress size smaller. It felt great, I could suddenly find clothes at most stores. Before I was popping out of my size 16 clothes.
The next year I slowly gained back about 10 of those pounds, and you know what? I've finally decided I'm over it. I'm losing the weight. Thank you to a random fellow at the pool who told me about Eat to Live. I am now living a mostly vegan lifestyle, and hopefully this blog will keep me on track to reaching a healthy weight.
